The Growth Snapshot is a one-time digital report ($43). We review information you provide at intake together with publicly available sources about your business, and deliver a written report by email as a private link. The report contains observations and recommendations. It is general commercial guidance, not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and results are not guaranteed.

The Growth Snapshot is sold by Do Better Brands, LLC. Payment is due in full at checkout as a single charge; there is no subscription and no recurring billing. Card payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details. Any sales tax due is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Prices are in US dollars. Our refund window and how to request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy. All customer enquiries about an order are handled by us at martina@kicoromedia.com.

You must provide accurate information at intake, including a valid business email address and phone number, and keep it up to date. We cannot produce a useful report from inaccurate details. Keep the private report link confidential; you are responsible for activity carried out through it.

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security of the service, including malware, probing, scanning or scraping;
• resell, redistribute or publish a report as your own product, or circumvent technical limits;
• reverse engineer the service or any part of it.

We retain ownership of the service, our software, methodology, templates and branding. On payment you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your report inside your own business, including with your staff and advisers. Information you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it in order to produce and deliver your report.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and may change or improve it over time.

We may suspend or terminate access, including revoking a report link, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will tell you first.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from the information you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
