Refund Policy

You may request a refund of your Growth Snapshot within 14 days of your order date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Email us at martina@kicoromedia.com from, or quoting, the email address you used at checkout and tell us your order date. We will confirm your refund and return it to your original payment method, normally within five business days. Card payments are processed for us by Stripe.

Tell us before asking for a refund if you can — most issues we can put right quickly. If a report was not delivered, was cut short, or does not match the business you told us about, contact martina@kicoromedia.com and we will correct and re-send it at no charge, or refund you.

A refund request does not depend on the findings being favourable: a Growth Snapshot reports what is publicly visible about your business, which may include unwelcome findings. Requests based on repeated or abusive ordering, or on reselling the report, may be declined.
