Who we share it with
- Stripe — our payment processor, for taking payment, sales-tax calculation, receipts and refunds.
- Service providers — hosting and database, email delivery, and the AI provider that helps draft the report from the information you submit and public sources.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
- Authorities — where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records and reports are kept for up to seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Intake details and messages are kept for up to three years after your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymised. Unpaid, abandoned orders are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable form, or withdraw consent to marketing. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not do either. Email martina@kicoromedia.com and we will respond within one month. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Our services are operated from the United States, so information you give us is processed there. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls on our database, and private tokenised report links restricted to the buyer.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to run the site, keep your order session working and secure the admin area. We do not use advertising cookies. Interaction events we record for improving the site are not tied to advertising profiles. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though parts of the checkout may then not work.
